A little more money

If I had a little more money, I would :





  • buy myself a red Sony wiyo laptop.
  • buy myself a small car.
  • buy myself a few more ballerina shoes.
  • buy myself a microwave.
  • travel to Chennai on weekends to see my brother.
  • buy expensive hair-care products.
  • get a new portfolio shot.
  • buy a cupboard and a shoe rack.
  • move into a better apartment - one that has a watchman.
  • buy myself the entire set of Calvin and Hobbes, Tin-Tin and Astrix and all Roald Dahl's books for children.
  • buy myself all the cranberries albums and jazz music.

But if I had a little more money, would I still have wished for a little more money?

Absolutely....
Nothing to be ashamed about though ...coz we are human.Like they say 'that though money isnt everything it is something'... otherwise we wouldnt be working the way we do.
What matters is that the list of what we want should not become so important that we compromise on our values and beliefs to get those things.

Money is everything in todays world...its not only you everyone is after money...no money is never enough..we live in materialistic world....it gives us such comfort and pleasure...money is a solution to most of the problems.....

The joke in stereotypes

I often come across people who form opinions about people based on stereotypes. I have always campaigned against it. However, many continue to adamantly stick to their opinions. Women can not be interested in sports Blonds are dumb Sardar ji’s are fools Muslims have a natural inclination to become terrorists People from Bihar lack culture Gujrati’s are misers There are many more that one can think of. While all these stereotypes are based on certain facts and perhaps figures. It still doesn’t make sense to judge an individual based on the colour of his/her hair or the country of his/her origin. One must judge a person for what he/she is. I know most of the readers of this post are in agreement with me but I’m truly disheartened by the number of people who allow themselves to get swayed by such stereotypes. Some people think Narendra Modi should be India's PM. Here’s why I disagree. Whatever arguments, one may have in favour of him, we need to face it - certain truths about him can not be brushed under the carpet.
