"ABVP + let off" on google search

It's alarming, how ABVP, the student wing of the BJP go on carrying out criminal offenses and then get let off, free of charge.

I wanted to specifically read about the latest case in which 6 ABVP students were "let off" free of charge, 3 years after they were caught on camera, beating up this old man. i was surprised to come across a whole page of news items in which ABVP activists were "later let off".

The nation saw what happened on TV with regard to the murder of this Professor. But like Varun Gandhi's recent hate speech, that video too might have been doctored. However these expert video-doctors were not able to 'doctor' some evidence to be able to have these students punished.

Sure they were let off. But that does not change the truth. The truth is well known to the judge who said "the prosecution failed miserably". The truth is not hidden from the general public worldwide.

I hope the BJP soon realises that 'divisive politics' is an outdated concept. They will just have to bring about a change in their DNA if they want to save themselves from extinction. But most importantly, they need to learn to respect the mobile phone camera. Manipulation of the truth is no longer child's play. Case in point: Varun Gandhi's hate speech. People in Pilibhit were mighty impressed. So far so good. But what they didn't see coming was how the whole nation (and the whole world) stood gasping at his and the BJPs audacity. That is something new and they were totally ill-prepared to handle it.

Ridiculous isn't it? How on earth can someone walk free inspite of having so much of evidence. Truth has no value in this country????

yeah...the whole thing was quite disturbing. but as you said, the brighter side is that they are on a downhill and very soon (hopefully) they will be as irrelevant as the magnetic tape (music cassettes)

makes u angry why for everything that seems screaming injustice takes so much trouble and disappointments to reach justice.
just hearing the news abt the murder of Sabharwal's account. his son suspects an ABVP link.. we will hear a lot more on the case from now on!

The joke in stereotypes

I often come across people who form opinions about people based on stereotypes. I have always campaigned against it. However, many continue to adamantly stick to their opinions. Women can not be interested in sports Blonds are dumb Sardar ji’s are fools Muslims have a natural inclination to become terrorists People from Bihar lack culture Gujrati’s are misers There are many more that one can think of. While all these stereotypes are based on certain facts and perhaps figures. It still doesn’t make sense to judge an individual based on the colour of his/her hair or the country of his/her origin. Narendra Modi for PM? - No Thanks!

Some people think Narendra Modi should be India's PM. Here’s why I disagree. Whatever arguments, one may have in favour of him, we need to face it - certain truths about him can not be brushed under the carpet. Let us clearly understand that those who support Modi are in fact in favour of everything he stands for. 1) Modi belongs to the tribe that subscribes to the belief system that works with a vision, towards a "hindu rashtra".
